The Office of Elections is responsible for candidate filing, printing and counting of ballots, and voter education.
For questions relating to voter registration, the mailing and receipt of ballots, including replacement ballots; as well as voter service centers and places of deposit, please contact your County Elections Division.
Notice: Pursuant to Executive Order 21-07, visitors must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination which includes State of Hawaii SMART Health Card, Common Pass applications, CLEAR Health Pass, Azova, IBM Digital Health Pass, and other similar products available to the public. Exemptions to the order include document of a negative COVID-19 test no more than 72 hours old, children under 12 years old, and individuals making deliveries who leave within (10) ten minutes of entry.
