Voters who believe their rights have been violated should contact the Office of Elections immediately.
A complaint may be filed by any person who believes that there is a violation of any provision of Title III of the Help America Vote Act, including violations which have occurred, are occurring, or about to occur. Complaints must be filed in writing and must be notarized, signed, and sworn by the complaint filer. If a final determination cannot be made within 90 days, the complaint shall be resolved via an alternative dispute resolution process.
